Not sure what's in your stored records boxes?
Allow the experienced staff at NDX Archives to index your files so you have full knowledge of what's in your 25 or 10,000 boxes. We can index a file with as little or as much detail as you would like, directly from the box or from a transmittal sheet.  We can input multi-levels of information (i.e. file #’s, project names, patient names, etc.) or single field id’s.  We can also convert existing data from your in-house filing systems to ensure accuracy and reduce conversion costs. We can evaluate and assess your file indexing and purging needs to offer you a cost saving solution.

Have you ever gone into a box and not found the file you're looking for?
Of course it's supposed to be in there, but you never know if someone else documented its removal. This way you know exactly what's in your boxes and you'll never have to “hope” that the file is in a particular box again

Through this barcoding and tracking technology customers can have total control of their files, boxes, or any other media that you decide to store with NDX archives. All of your records are assigned unique barcode ID’s to ensure accuracy, efficiency and accountability at every single point of movement. Whether it's our barcode number or your own internal tracking number, the system allows for alternate identification. Items can also be searched using keyword lookups. We will track your records according to your specific needs.

The system is capable of keeping a detailed history of every item. This state-of-the-art software has extensive reporting capabilities including box content descriptions, dates when a box was picked up or delivered, and recipient of the item. If you choose, we can put the requestor of the file to be retrieved so you'll always have record of the file's movement. This is very helpful for those very confidential files.

You can e-mail, go online at www.ndxarchives.com, fax or call for your file request. We will deliver the items directly to your office or we can fax or scan the document and e-mail it to you. If a same day delivery is not fast enough you can have instant access to your files at our facility. Private office space may be available for your convenience.
