Security and confidentiality are imperative: The NDX Archives building is a free standing all concrete structure that is totally fenced in and gated for your utmost security and confidentiality. This state-of-the-art facility, located in Catonsville Maryland, is protected 24/7 using the latest camera surveillance monitoring with limited access through the use of secure card reader entrances.  A fire prevention system and climate controlled facility ensures your records integrity. In the event of a power failure, the back up generator is automatically activated to ensure that we can operate without any service interruptions. When you enter into a partnership with NDX Archives, you can be assured a tracking history is maintained to provide complete traceability of your important documents.  Your files are scanned at the point of pickup and then safely transported to our secure warehouse.  This process keeps our customers compliant with many government mandates, such as HIPPA, Graham Leach, and Sarbaines-Oxley.

Audit  Rooms
If your staff needs to audit or review their records at our location we have a very spacious and comfortable space complete with copier & fax, to share with our customers. This space may be used for an hour, a day, or even weeks if needed.
